I CAN HELPAmong
enthusiasts of fine wine and delicious food, there is endless debate
on which wines go best with which dishes. For
all those people who seem to be at a loss, I offer my services as a
guide to one's wine-and-food pairing quandaries.
Here is what I offer:
- One-on-one advice via phone (or email, if preferred) on how to best go about selecting a bottle to accompany a specific dish --- remember, it is always best to have the actual dish(es) decided upon before even thinking about selecting a wine!

in-home tutorials on how to develop a basic-to-advanced understanding
of different wine-and-food pairing ideologies and methods --- I am able to hold classes for both small groups and large audiences.

- Detailed
lists of specific wines and fine foods (including approximate prices for both) to go with wine-and-cheese
tastings, an increasingly popular activity for families and friends.
